NeatNest Goods Return & Refund Policy

Return Window
Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused
- In the same condition received
- In its original packaging, when possible
- Not damaged by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear after delivery

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, customers should contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

Return Shipping
